This project was a 200,000+ Sf warehouse that was abandoned and was to be demolished down to grade leaving foundations in place.

This demolition began with challenges of a collapsing roof – the building was deemed inaccessible by work crews, special permissions were granted from the city for us to work cohesively with Hazardous materials abatement professionals to maintain a safe and compliant worksite.  Project was completed on budget and on schedule.
