Due to bylaws regarding renovations / building as well as land setbacks and permitting issues, this home owner was unable to demolish the house at one time. The scope was revised to split the house into two sections and demolish one section at a time. The scenery for this project was epic!

Science World

SCIENCE WORLD CONCRETE CUTTING & CORING Science World 1455 QUEBEC STREET VANCOUVER BC Many companies looked at the project and suggested to cut out and remove / replace the concrete for the display/exhibit piece. However Science world made an emphasis on recycling and salvaging the materials that were already used on site. We came up with a plan to use a sequence of Concrete coring, Concrete cutting and chipping to give our client, the results they were looking for.

86 SE MARINE DR COMMERCIAL 86 SE Marine Dr. 86 SE MARINE DRIVE VANCOUVER BC This project was a 200,000+ Sf warehouse that was abandoned and was to be demolished down to grade leaving foundations in place. This demolition began with challenges of a collapsing roof – the building was deemed inaccessible by work crews, special permissions were granted from the city for us to work cohesively with Hazardous materials abatement professionals to maintain a safe and compliant worksite.  Project was completed on budget and on schedule.

Willowbrook Lanes

WILLOWBROOK LANES SALVAGE Willowbrook Lanes 6350 196 ST. LANGLEY BC This project was the demolition / salvage of Willowbrook Lanes -  Willow brook lanes had been around as a staple in the community for 37 years. We were able to meticulously salvage all of the bowling lanes to be reused / repurposed as dining tables and bar tops. We were able to salvage all of the lanes, we moved some to the island through Demxx in Coombs. We also had interest from Restaurants to re use/ re purpose  the lanes as bar tops.
